Source and refer qualified client accounts to Webshark BPO. Commission-based, tracked per closed engagement, with full pipeline visibility.

Handle inbound or outbound campaigns with defined scripts, CRM logging, and daily performance benchmarks. Full-shift structure, no ad-hoc queue.

Requirements: 1+ year call center experience, stable internet, headset, English fluency.

Requirements: 2+ years call center, prior supervisory experience, strong QA background.

Requirements: B2B sales background, existing network in outsourcing or adjacent verticals.
